Alongside this, I created a unified style guide that thoughtfully blended Cal State branding with Ohlone tribal heritage standards to ensure a consistent and culturally respectful experience across platforms. By translating insights from Google Analytics and direct user feedback into targeted design enhancements, I helped boost overall engagement by 78%.
